Last week I visited Knott’s Berry Farm
as part of a #kidifornia trip. While it did start as an actual berry farm owned by the Knott family back in the 1920s, it grew to be known for berries, preserves, pies and chicken dinners. The Knotts added attractions like a ghost town for the growing crowds and they just kept growing. The Cedar Fair Entertainment Company became the owners of Knott’s Berry Farm Amusement Park in the late 1990s and they have continued to expand the theme park. In 1999, they also opened Knott’s Soak City. There is also a Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel. In short, a Knott’s Berry Farm vacation in Buena Park makes for a fun vacation with kids.
