I-5 Construction Solution
The widening of Interstate 5 throughout Orange County
will soon be complete as the 2-mile stretch from the
91 Freeway north to the LA County Line is
under construction. Beginning in April 2008 and
lasting until July 2009, the Beach Boulevard bridge over
Interstate 5 will be under construction to accommodate
the widening of the freeway.
Although during 95% of the project, traffic on
Beach Boulevard will flow in both directions, it may be
restricted at times to one lane in either direction,
and delays may result.
We suggest that if you are coming to Buena Park via
Interstate 5 South, exit at the 605 South and connect
to the 91 East, exiting at Beach Boulevard,
to arrive easily at our hotels and attractions.
If you are coming to Buena Park via Interstate 5 North,
take the 91 West and exit at Beach Boulevard.
